starting my own candle business?
my sister and I want to start our own business making candles. Someone knows wholesalers or shops to buy supplies, preferably in Ohio, so they do not have to pay for shipping.
I really do not know anything about the dealers in OH but I have a lot of my sources on EBay … you can try that. You can do a lot of what you save on shipping to get products at a much lower cost. Besides, I wanted to say this. Do not let anyone tell you can not do this. I started my business last November, but has not been easy, has been wonderful. I was very annoyed by people who for wanting to respond to board the bandwagon of selling candles for them. Not knowing what their products are, but if you think you can, can. I am an accountant who has worked all my life and wanted a hobby. I started making candles for me and now has become a full fledged business. I wish him well in his task. I would recommend that you have a cache of savings to get through. I saved 6 months worth launching my business and hired my services accounting on the side. Now I have the business underway and will now return to work full time with my candle business to be my second focus. It is not easy at all. It takes a lot of time.
