All have their pros and cons. It will be an individual decision for you. oil has the best glide, but not absorbed, so that customers will leave fat. Even if choose an oil for regular use, keep one on hand for really hairy men. Creams and lotions tend to get stuck in your hair and tie a knot. Kind of makes a mess. If you do use oil, be careful what type of oil being. Some oils are from nuts, and you do not want to use for people with nut allergies. If is a mixture, check the list of ingredients. My choice is jojoba oil. Cream is very nice because it slides better than the lotion and not absorb quickly, but you have to use more oil than you, and it gets expensive. Lotion absorbs a bit too good to be very practical for a full body massage.
