im, because my second baby at the time of 8 days or less fortunate. when I was at work on my first baby the hospital gave some oils massgae with my partner to rub on the back to help with pain. im now in a different hospital and have no more appointments with my midwife until after birth and wondering what oils are safe to use during work itself that my partner can massage them into my back. I know that some use i cannot because they can affect work, but I'm puzzled in which I would be able to use. any help would be gratefulxxxx
I went to the hospital when I got the job i had some lavender oil in the bath rub but has yet to do anything for me as I had a job back! but go to your health store and ask what they recommend!
