Anyone with fibromyalgia… How do you ease your symptoms?
Let’s share information and help each other:
I find that limiting my sugar intake helps overall, and when I’m having a flare up I take a hot bath and stay as warm as possible.
I also have my husband push down on the pressure points that are especially sore, but massaging them hurts.
What do you do to ease the pain?
Anyone else have flare ups with weather pressure changes?
i just moved to hawaii and it gives some relief without the cold. stretching helps alot. the pressure points are fabulous my husband does the same. anywhere u go u will have changes with the weather. there are rainy seasons here hurt just like the cold. i dont stay stationary too long or i find i stiffen up. also i am learning about boi- feedback.
