Ok, so I just started with lush and I am absolutely obsessed with him. And so Im travelers probably to Mexico June 26. Im staying for two months and really want me to take my lush. jellies and butter creams and shower and soap and scrub emotibombs and bar and massage therapy. But let me pass? Do I have to take a Handb or in my luggage? Besides, my soaps and bar fusion massage therapy? please and thanks.

What do you call when … after knee surgery or injury they?
I have knee surgery (lateral release, removal of the plica, medial reefing) and was in a brace for five weeks and just started physical therapy. I had 30 degrees of flexion and my physiotherapist put these things (a sort of cream or lotion, what is it?) in my leg and then said he would do a massage. He said he would do something for the band iliotibial, some swelling, and something for my knee bend and scar tissue. What exactly are the reasons for the massage? And unfortunately for me, I was waiting for a massage to be something pleasant and relaxing, but widely used and the friction force and it hurt. What kind of massage is called? Why push so hard? I have to have another the next time I go or is it a one time thing? Thank you very much:)
It is called deep tissue massage. And yes, it hurts. But it is very beneficial.
