Any other tips for hair growth?
Well, of course I know you should be patient for hair growth because it takes lots of time to grow out. But are there any other methods I should use besides what I already know which are to take vitamins, (I take the kiddy flinestones kind lol) wash every other day (I used Burt’s Bees Shampoo it contains no sulfate), always keep your hair conditioned, deep condition your hair (I used Aussie 3 Minute Miracle twice a week), a massage my scalp daily, I’ve been using jojoba oil and olive oil on my hair, I eat healthy with a lot of protein and I drink lots of water, I’ve never dyed my hair or highlighted it and I probably won’t at least till my hair grows out some more, and I use heat twice a month with a heat protectant, and I also eat a lot of unsalted nuts. Any other good tips would be helpful.. Thanks in advance 
Ok i wash my hair once a week the reason is u wash the natural oils from ur hair u need these to promote hair growth. Last year my hair was about 2 inches long today its almost to my butt. I am white i use kemi oil and coconut oil everyday. Be careful of to much protein in your body causes hair breakage. Be patient it will grow.
