How can I make a delicious steam fish?
I only have "no matter what type of fish from fish oil ginger garlic onion salt tamarind turmeric corn ?????????? flour
I do not know about the dishwasher, but there is a simple way to make a steamed fish, without losing too much money or time. Will the garlic, onion, ginger, chilli, light soy sauce, salt n pepper (if desired, with only enough chiles to set fire to the mouth) and spring onion, a little vegetable oil or olive oil (do not know if it works because I use olive oil in my kitchen) and, of course, fish. I prefer to use white or promfret eel. First, clean the fish, remove guts, etc., make incisions along its side, salt and pepper rub and place it in a shallow dish (a mold, is recommended), then leave it while you cut all the ingridients above. Once all ingredients are cut, only has to put all the fish, making sure they remain in the fish, and not falling around him. After that, drizzle oil and soy (sauce much of it!) until you are satisfied. Then, just steam. You'll know your done when your eyes turn white and pop out. Otherwise, leave for 45 minutes to an hour or so. Its simple and easy, but cheap to make. You can add some other ingredients like mushrooms or toufu … Its up to their imagination, true!
