You should NEVER clean rub essential oils directly on skin. This can be very dangerous. Essential oils should only be used diluted water or a carrier oil – only a few drops at a set bathful of water is sufficient. sage is often discussed in relation to starting work. I tried it and it did not work for me. It is very pleasant and relaxing, yet.
