The apricot kernel oil helps skin retain elasticity, clarity, and suppleness. Crushed Apricot Kernels are commonly used as a facial mask to soften the skin.

Acne Fusion – Pour 1 ounce of apricot kernel oil, 12 drops of lavender essential oil, 7 drops of tea tree essential oil and 1 drop of geranium essential oil in amber coloured clean bottle. Which Facial Scrub Is Better?
I found 2 similar all natural, handmade facial scrubs online and was wondering which one would be better.
Here is the ingredients for one of them:
colloidal oatmeal, apricot kernel meal, yoghurt powder, chamomile flowers, calendula flowers, bentonite clay, honey powder, sweet orange & spearmint essential oils
And the other one:
clay, oatmeal, rose petal powder, chamomile, lavender, rice bran powder
Please note that these are both Facial GRAINS. As in you take a scoop of grains out of the jar, add water to them to make them into a paste and then wash your face.

definitely the first one… anything with oatmeal works wonders. though, i have found that anything with clay makes me and my friends’ faces kinda red and irritated… so i strongly suggest going with the first one.
