My boyfriend is coming home for the training of Army officers in a week. He has been out for five weeks. Obviously I was bored because I came with an extensive list of "welcome-back gift for him. First, let me tell you what everything is – $ 150 (admission of debt, never thought he would return!) – rent jet ski for 1 hour at the local beach – Gift certificate for a massage at a local spa – A memory book w / all our memories of summer – some "fun" things: massage oil edible ice body, and underwear (to make me, of course) "It's totally overwhelming to leave all this on him when he comes home? Or is he fed?

tonic after massive weight loss?
Ive lost about 66 pounds (30kgs) in 4 months and still have more to lose (have been great lifetime). I am exercising heaps (20-40 minutes a day walking, pilates, elliptical trainer, hand weights for arms), dry skin brushing, use of all creams and oils, spa and sauna. I do all this, I am working days.Luckily ATM or never have time! (Also I am trying so hard tone thighs and my thighs are too flabby yet, had never sung) I'm much smaller now, very happy, but I'm worried about the loose skin. I have deep wrinkles around my ass. loose skin under my arms, my neck, everywhere, Tho not as bad as seen on TV in PPL before surgery. I have lots of stretch marks also. I am still young (30) and I have the opportunity to have a great body, hopefully without surgery (i scar very badly, keloids). Exspecting Am i too early? Will my skin each time to strengthen? Hello, I have the same problem. I lost about 20 kg and I have some loose skin. So I asked about it told me to strengthen, but need a little time and I do exercise and especially aerobics. So I think that works, but needs time. So good luck to them both. Take Care
