What massage oil is safe to use at work?
Im having my first child in a couple of weeks and I'm wanting to buy a massage oil is safe for use during work. That is not to be scented – something that will help – any advice would be great!

Some other oils may become very anxious of course that is very risky during birth, or may increase your heart rate more serious than it might complicate things. good luck with your work, and be safe and stick to oils that I recommended:)
Massage oil / lotion?
Can anyone recommend a good massage oil or lotion – preferably something natural / organic as something that you might find at Whole Foods / Wild Oats … and some unscented or lightly scented. Thank you.
Hey! I am a massage therapist! There are a lot of the good. I'm just going to recommend organic natural ones, but there are some other good also. DO NOT USE MINERAL OIL! This product Petrolium and bad for the skin. Oil grape seed (my favorite) coconut oil (Fave second) (which may have to melt it in terms of what you buy) almond oil, apricot kernel oil jojoba (very expensive but better for the skin, it feels awesome) from Avacado oil olive oil (also very expensive but very good for you) that would be my top picks. Usually you can find low-cost essential oils to the fragrance of massage oil. Essential oils have profound effects on the body depends on what you want. Lavender is relaxing and soothing, good for the skin, and an antiseptic, ask your local people to help with that. Your company base oils mentioned, in particular, will be well by themselves and carry aromas of light in your own olive oil, of course, be strong, almost none of grape seed and the others are single land type.
