Someone tried to post-natal massage in Singapore?
Has anyone tried post natal massage? Massages are supposed to be hard or light? Your stomach are reduced to their pre-pregnancy? Which is better, spa or HouseCall?
Postnatal massage is supposed to help a mummy back to retrieve her strength after childbirth. The massage should help the release of lochia, the company up loose skin and muscles in the stomach and relieve the pain of the experience mummy again. The pressure really varies.
