im 31 weeks pregnant and i have the worse back pain ever. does anyone have any ideas to relieve me?
im 31 weeks pregnant and i have the worse back pain ever! it starts from the back of my neck and goes all the way down to my waist! i’ve tried hot oil rubs, warm bath, and even massages. can someone please help me out…i am very uncomfortable.
when i was pregnant i had to take tylenol and lay on my heating pad while it was on high, just try to relax drink some water have a light snack and lay on the couch on something warm. if you don’t have a heating pad then throw a towel in the dryer until it gets nice and warm and just use that all over your back…. congrats!
