My dad has a pinched nerve in his back and legs, what is the best product you can buy? Can you recommend some please? Thank you.
Unfortunately, we need more information to really help meet the question. My honest recommendation would be that I see a good team of therapists including an osteopath or chiropractor and a massage therapist. The reason I say this is because first, the two work well together, and secondly, if the bones are pinched (or more correctly that affect) the nerve after chiropractic or osteopathic manipulation give more efficient results for the dollar, but the problem is a muscle that affect the nerve then massage is likely that the granting of the most efficient for the dollar. Anyway, either of which can lead to more effective therapy, hot or cold. As to massage cushions, because they lack education and awareness of a skilled massage therapist I seem to have almost zero therapeutic value. I am including a link to find a massage therapist in the U.S.. Most massage therapists (myself included) have at least a chiropractor or osteopath that they work.
