I trained for a marathon and a half and during my training or overtraining I injured my back 3 times in 4 months. This is the best product for muscle strains and pain. I massaged it in to the skin and then applied a heat pack for 20 min. and got relief. I applied it twice a day, in the morning and at night before bed. It smells like pancake syrup. Used it again after the marathon just to prevent stiff muscles. It works.

The case fits perfectly with bigger tables. I love the connecting straps that let you carry it with two hands easily when moving the table out of a car. The shoulder strap is very comfortable and the side pocket can hold a lot f supplies.
