How to give a relaxing massage

Few people get off to a massage, especially if you know the correct way to give one. A good massage is not necessarily on all major technique, although this is important. You also need the right tools, be able to set the mood conducive to a relaxing massage.

It's pretty easy to set the right mood. Ask the receiver of the massage if they have any musical request. If they do, find the music that is smooth and relaxing. Buy a few candles. Once you have all your supplies, take two of its biggest, fluffiest towels and put them in the dryer for several minutes. This will make them nice and warm. Place a towel under the person receiving the massage and the other on top of them so they are not too exposed.

But if not sure about the massage techniques, you may want to invest a little money and Purchas a good book or video on the subject. However, if you avoid massage too hard or too soft, you should be fine. Make sure you get feedback and ask your partner to tell you when you feel good. Focus on the arms, back, legs and buttocks (if applicable). Use your fingers, thumbs, fists and knead lightly to pressure on different muscle groups.
