Attach 8th foot in your hands and rub in opposite directions, to create friction. This is very warming.
Keep 9.a feet firmly and slowly rotate the ankle clockwise then left. Repeat a few times.
10.a Repeat Step 1.
Once completed, wrap feet to get warm again and repeat the movements on the other foot. For now, massage your partner will feel more relaxed and comfortable with your touch.
