I’m 16 and i’m going to a day spa in a few days and i’m just wondering if someone of the opposite sex can give massages to a younger client my age.

The masseuse massages your muscles and the connective tissues with the fingers and the palms of the hand and they may also employ the forearms when they are working on your back. If your massage uses a floor mat the masseuse may walk on your back or kneel on your back to give you the massage.
When the masseuse massages your body they will massage the tendons and ligaments, the joints and the major muscle groups and also will massage the miner muscle groups.
They will work the body methodically generally starting at the neck and going down the body so they end up at the feet. Most of the times they will work on your back first then have you turn over after they leave the room and then work on the front of the body.
