Natural Skin Health: Essential Oil Recipes for After Sun Skin Care

It's summer again and time to break the sunscreen to help to protect our skin and keep it healthy and happy. All these oils go into a base of carrier oils. Carrier oils are natural cold pressed oils from seeds, nuts and fruits. Good choices for after sun formula are avocado, apricot kernel, jojoba, Tamanu and Rosehip seed. Avocado is very moisturizing, with a lot of nutrients. Apricot kernel is rapidly becoming more popular in the care aromatherapy skin to its anti-inflammatory action. Jojoba is also moisturizing and healing. Tamanu and Rosehip seed is the highest attention of exotic oil-based skin. Tamanu is described in the literature aromatherapy for healing wounds and reducing scars, Rosehip seed has been many studies of the University, and has been shown to reduce the appearance of sun damage.

The recipes are very flexible, you can easily tailor to their own needs or those of their children and other loved ones. These are some excellent, effective recipes to give you some ideas: making a third base of apricot kernel, one of Tamanu third, and third Rosehip seed. For every gram of base, add 15 drops each of Lavender, Blue Tansy and Sea Buckhorn – including 15 drops of vitamin E and 1 / 8 teaspoon of ascorbyl palimate for extra enhancement nutraceuticals. You can also try a base of jojoba, avocado, and Tamanu, to add 15 drops each of Myrrh, Helichrysum, and Sea Buckthorn. While simple, these formulas are highly effective. They reduce inflammation and relieve oxidative radical activity in the skin at the cellular level. All these oils are gentle enough for the families of all ages, although for very young children use only a quarter of both essential oil in the recipe. These oils are gentle enough for frequent use, and frequent use is recommended for long-term health and vitality of your skin.
