The supplies you need to get started is a gel, zinc wicks, fragrance oils if desired, to add color and tint. Some people love the look of a clear gel candle and prefer not to use any dye. Gel candles can be done in a variety of holders. Using those made of glass will give the best results. However, while that the container is not flammable, you'll be fine.
