What is a good gentle warming massage oil for use throughout the body?
I have an affection that is 40 and this time if the year playing near 20 softball games a week ….. I "ointments on site that work well in small specific areas, however, I need something for the full back and limbs …. Lately I've been using Biotone with arnica and ginger, but I need something that is actually a little warming. All I used to use had been suspended …. Any suggestions? Or oils may be added to a company? I thought of the ginger (Zingiber officinalis) but none of us like the smell …. Anyway, just wondered what you suggest. Thanks a bunch Be well Tinker Bell
Hello! I am a naturopathic physician, and have had good results for sore muscles by the type mint oil and capsaicin, which blocks substance P, and pain perception. Of course arnica preparations work well – but it sounds like they are already using it. There is also a product called Heel Traumeel is great too. Good luck!
