Prepare a recipe for bath oil for a 30 year old woman client who has trouble sleeping at night and suffers headaches. Using a 50ml bottle, please enter the number of drops of each essential oil. Also include a brief explanation of your choice oils.

To prepare an aromatic bath, run a warm bath. You can be warm or hot water as is comfortable. But water does not very hot if you have sensitive or dry skin. For an adult bath, add 4-8 drops of essential oil just before entering and wheezing in all this very well. Essential oils are not dissolve easily in water, but is dispersed while mixing.
