This is great. I skinned my knees up badly–it has really helped the healing process along. I also use it on sore/stiff joints. The texture/oil helps smoothe it on.

I work out between 4 to 6 days a week (mainly yoga and weight lifting)
I have old injuries (broken hip, torn hamstring, strained ribs,etc) and working on getting my skeleton stronger, in proper alinement is sometimes very painful.
I used to use Arnica homeopathic pills, and gel when needed. I read the reviews about this oil and wanted to give it a try… I received it today and was actually aching from past workouts. I applied it, and instantly felt the results…No more pain!!!
I definitely recommend this product!

Best massage oil I have used

I have tried several massage oils, and this is by far my favorite. I didn’t like the lotion my massage therapist used, so I brought this oil and she is happy to use it. She actually is German and knows this oil well and also raves about it. It is the only oil I use now. My wife is allergic to many chemical products, but she is fine with this oil. It has a very healthy smell and feeling on your skin. I also like the bottle!

Also, this outlet through Amazon was the lowest price I have found. It was about $16.50 with shipping. I got it from Swanson Health Products, and they gave me $5 off my next purchasr.

Very highly recommended! (I just wish it came in a bigger size)

In Austria, Weleda has been very well known for decades and it deserves to be known as one of the best “organic” brands out there.
My family and I have used the arnica massage oil for years now and nothing comes close to it. The fragrance is subtle, never too dominant, and the oil is awesome for post workout skin care. If you apply it shortly after the shower it’ll mix with your moist skin and helps reduce (actually I believe it also eliminates) sore muscles.
As avid outdoor athletes we use it after everything – adventure race, triathlon, trail run,… you name it and the Weleda oils are always something we look forward too!
The price might seem a bit high, especially in the US (note: 3.4 oz are only EUR8,95 in Germany), but it is worth it. Better yet, if you know anybody who travels to Germany, Austria or Switzerland in the near future, ask them to bring a few bottles along!

Great remedy for Restless Leg Syndrome

I always had problems getting to sleep because of RLS. Since I’ve been using this on my legs every evening just before going to bed, I’ve been sleeping soundly through the night. I’ve tried other arnicated oils, and one from Washington Homeopathic worked pretty well, but this one also has lavender in it, which is soothing and also helps with sleep. This is the BEST arnicated oil I’ve found.
