STEP 1 â € "Clear Skin
Before the application of toner and Creme, clean completely your skin using Aloe Activator (sold separately). It gently removes soap residue and other, leaving a layer of Aloe Vera on the skin.

STEP 2 â € "MARK AND MEASURE
Take two sets of measurements to track your progress â € "a before and after the process toning. Using a marker and a tape measure, mark his arm, torso and leg in three places each. Add the inches of all measurements for the total of its reference.

Step 3 â € "Apply Aloe Body Toner
Before a full application of the Aloe Body Toner, always test A small area of skin for allergic reactions. The Council of Aloe Toner € ™ s heating and
stimulating effect on the skin is proportional to the amount you use: the more you apply, the more heat generated. Smooth generously over the areas you want to tone. Do not apply toner or new shaving irritation
skin or immediately after swimming. They do not apply to the breasts, face, genital areas or mucous membranes. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation the skin or reaction, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Wash hands immediately after application, close the lid tightly and keep out of
the reach of children.

Step 4 â € "Wrap to PLASTIC
(This step is optional.) Wrap the tape around Skin, always in an upward motion toward the heart. (For legs: from the inside, forward and out. For arms: from the outside, forwards and inches) Once completely covered, a second application is required. Apply slightly tight, stretching and twisting the film. If it feels too tight or causes tingling sensation, the use
blunt scissors to remove the film. Leave the coat in place for an hour and sit in a relaxed position with feet elevated. Watching television or reading a book. Not participate in any strenuous activity or sleep.
After an hour, cut and discard the film. Measure the areas the same as before, and subtracted the total from the original total. This difference represents the loss of inches in general. Massage in the remaining toner left on the skin which allows it to penetrate for several hours. Do not bathe or shower for four hours after the toning process, as the pores are open and water can be absorbed through the skin.

Step 5 â € "Apply Aloe Body Conditioning Creme
Before a full implementation of Aloe Body Conditioning Creme, Always test a small area of skin for allergic reactions. Apply cream directly onto the skin in areas not involved in the process of toning up, or use in all areas as maintenance cream when it comes to any adjustment. The Council of Aloe
Conditioning Creme helps to stimulate circulation, breaking the trapped fluids and fat tissue. . Do not apply cream to irritated or recently shaved skin or immediately after swimming. They do not apply to the breasts, face,
genital areas or mucous membranes. Avoid contact with eyes. In the case of skin irritation or reaction, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Wash hands immediately after the application, close the lid tightly and keep out of
the reach of children.

GENERAL NOTES:
The procedure adjustment should be followed according to their desire to strengthen or lose weight. There will be a less visible effect on people with long-term fat, as fatty deposits in turn difficult, once stored under the skin for a while. Regular exercise and proper diet is necessary for long-term benefit to be gained.

People with strong muscle tone also see less
benefit from the sheath body. Those who have gained weight in a short
