Cellulite affects about 85% to 90% of post pubertal females of all races. Although not a disease, the issue is of cosmetic concern for many people. Poor circulation of lymph due to excess fat, lack of exercise or fluid retention contributes to the formation of cellulite. This can explain their formation in some women who are not overweight. A number of methods to reduce cellulite and are available both to be invasive and noninvasive.

Some natural methods to reduce cellulite are:

- A cup of freshly squeezed lemon water taken in the morning in a vacuum the stomach is a simple natural remedy for cellulite control. Drink plenty of fluids in the form of fruit juices and herbal teas. Reduce your intake of caffeinated beverages and alcohol.

- Avoid intake of refined and processed foods

- Some herbs like dandelion improve the ability of livers to break waste products and toxins. It also helps the kidneys filter blood of waste products and toxins. Dandelion leaves can be added to salads or cooked like spinach. A cup of dandelion tea each day containing 50 grams of fresh leaves of dandelion to half a liter of water.

2) Yoga and exercises: development is a natural way to reduce and control cellulite. Regular exercise and yoga improve body tone, reduce fat, build muscles and stimulate circulation of blood and lymph. Avoid sitting or standing for long.

3) The use of essential oils – A firm massage improves circulation blood and lymph. Massage with essential oils can be especially helpful because it stimulates the skin and helps improve its appearance.

- Mix 4 drops each of cedar wood oil and essential oils of rosemary and three drops each of cypress and olive patchouli essential in five teaspoons of cold pressed vegetable oils such as olive oil or sweet almond oil. Avoid cedar, cypress and oils rosemary in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. The areas of cellulite massage twice a day.

4) Cellulite creams that contain herbs and herbal creams made bilobais Ginkgo, sweet clover, kelp, grape seed oil, lecithin, evening primrose oil, lemon, ivy barley, kola nut, strawberry, algae etc are also some of the natural methods to reduce cellulite and improve skin texture in the affected areas.
